  10. Q:How would you describe Davids work for Quiksilver? A:Modern Retro but using elements from the 60s/70s and mixing them with modern work such as photographs to create advertising that targets the surfing and skating crowd by making the brand look different but cool and a must have.

A:I think most of his work, such as the adverts for Quiksilver, Mumbo and Boss Corporation) is good and uniquely David Carson but some of his work I do not get and leaves me thinking to myself, what the hell is that about.
