Logo inspiration

A simple logo but easy to know what it means and is about. No words are needed to say what the company is ans what it sells as the logo itself sells it.
Well idenifiable logo, you could remove the AFL name from it and still know that it was promoting the AFL since the four stichings are really the four goal posts.
Clever logo of a face which looks to be winking but it in fact it has the LG words within a circle. The L is the nose and the G is the cheek, mouth and the right eye (winking). LG could drop the wording and use the "icon" but keep the slogan "Lifes Good".
Simple logo that everyone knows what it means and what it sells. Not a lot has changed with it over the years.
Newish logo for the Duke of Kent Hotel in Wagga Wagga, very stylish and grand.
